This engine timing tool kit is designed for adjusting the camshaft and locking the crankshaft (flywheel) on a wide range of Mercedes-Benz and Chrysler petrol and diesel engines. The kit is used during timing belt or chain replacement, engine repair, or other procedures requiring precise alignment of the camshaft and crankshaft. It covers both petrol engines (1.8 to 6.0 liters) with engine codes 102, 111, 104 (except AMG), 119, and 120, as well as diesel engines (2.0D to 4.0 CDi and 2.2 CRD to 3.5DT) with engine codes 601, 604, 605, 611, 646, 612, 602, 603, 606, 613, 647, 648, 628, and EDJ.

The kit includes specialized locking tools and pins that correspond to OEM specifications, ensuring compatibility with the listed engine codes.
