Product description

This engine timing tool kit is designed for checking and setting the timing on VAG 2.8 and 3.0 TFSi petrol direct injection engines. It is suitable for use during timing chain replacement, engine rebuilds, or other maintenance tasks where precise camshaft and crankshaft alignment is required. The kit is specifically intended for Audi engines, such as those found in the Audi A6 from 2005 onwards.

The set includes dedicated tools for locking the crankshaft and camshaft, adjusting the camshaft, securing the chain tensioner, and pre-tensioning the camshaft adjuster. Each tool corresponds to an OEM reference, ensuring compatibility with the specified engine types and facilitating accurate timing procedures.
