HYDRAULIC SHEET METAL HOLE PUNCH 22-60 M (YT-18900)

A set for cutting round holes in metal sheets with a diameter range from 22-60 mm. The head of the manual hydraulic cylinder can be rotated 360 degrees. It is intended for cutting holes in the production of switchgear cabinets for the installation of boxes or switches. When cutting holes, the surface of the sheet is not deformed or damaged. The set is easy to transport - packed in a durable suitcase. Includes dies and punches cutting holes with diameters of 22 mm / 0.9 ", 27.5 mm / 1.1", 34 mm / 1.3 ", 43 mm / 1.7", 49 mm / 2.0 ", 60 mm / 2.4 ". The pressure on the material during cutting is approx. 6 tons. Suitable for cutting holes in steel sheets, stainless sheets and non-ferrous metals. The thickness of the cut material, depending on its type, is up to 3 mm. The set includes 6 pairs of punches / punch and die / fi 22, 27.5, 34, 43, 49, 60 mm, 2 mandrels for mounting 7 / 16x3 / 4 inch and 3 / 4x3 / 4 inch, manual actuator and 1 sealing set
Purpose / application
For quick cutting of large, precise holes with diameters from 22-60 mm in sheet metal
Usage method
According to the attached instruction manual.
Through the drilled material, insert the appropriate clamping pin connected with the actuator, mount the punch on one side of the material and the die on the other. Use the actuator to remove the pin causing the material to be cut.
