EXTERNAL CHAMFER 3-19 MM (YT-22357)

External deburrer - a cutter designed for rounding metal, wooden, etc. elements. The body is a metal, conical funnel with a hexagonal shank / driver / for mounting in a drill.

Overall height is 49 mm.
Inside diameter: bottom 19 mm, top 3 mm - this is the working range.
Depth approx. 12 mm.
The body contains three steel cutting blades / cutting inserts / with a width of approx. 1.5 mm, made of YG8 carbide. The material of the plates allows for effective rounding of stainless steel, hardened steel, copper, brass, aluminum, fiberglass, wood and plastic rods. An important application is smoothing the thread ends on bolts or rods. The drill's rotation should be adjusted depending on the material to be processed.

Purpose / application
External deburrer - a milling cutter intended for rounding, smoothing metal and wooden elements, etc. The main applications are rounding of threaded ends on screws or rods, removing burrs from the outer edges of pipes, pins or studs.
Usage method
Install the hexagonal shank into the drill chuck, slide the working part onto the workpiece. When rotating, the inserts mounted inside will cut the material and smooth its surfaces.
