Product description

This engine timing tool kit is designed for use during cylinder head gasket replacement and engine timing procedures. It is specifically intended for 1.4 and 1.6 VTi petrol engines, including EP3 (8FS), EP6 (5FW), EP6C, 1.6 THP, EP6DT (5FX), and EP6DTS (5FY) engine variants. The kit provides the necessary tools to lock the crankshaft and camshaft in position and to manage chain tension during service.

The kit is compatible with selected MINI, Citroen, and Peugeot models equipped with the above engine types. It is particularly useful when precise alignment of engine components is required, such as during timing chain replacement or cylinder head work.
