Product description

This camshaft locking tool kit is designed for securing the camshaft in position during the removal and installation of camshaft timing chains. It is specifically developed for use on modern VAG group and Porsche engines, where precise camshaft alignment is required to maintain correct engine timing during service procedures. The kit is suitable for both professional workshops and experienced technicians working on these engine types.

The tool is compatible with Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen vehicles equipped with 2.9 TFSI and 3.0 TFSI EA839 engines manufactured from 2016 onwards. It is used when performing tasks such as timing chain replacement, camshaft removal, or other engine repairs that require the camshaft to remain stationary.
