Universal meter with TRUE RMS function and automatic range for each measurement. Allows to perform basic and advanced measurements of electrical quantities.
The meter has a large backlit LCD display and a fast and precise measurement system. The solid housing is equipped with a red PVC holster, which reduces the risk of damage during a fall and - thanks to its anti-slip structure - slipping out of hands.

Example of determining accuracy for AC voltage measurement. Calculations for the 235 V measurement result:
the YT-730894 meter's measurement accuracy for this range is: (1% + 3), resolution 0.1 V
measurement error calculation formula: (measurement result x 1%) + 3 x resolution
calculations: (235 x 1%) + 3 x 0.1 = 2.35 + 0.3 = 2.65 V
Actual result taking into account the measurement error for the 235 V indication = 235 2.65 V

Functions:
TRUE RMS - the meter displays the true effective value of the alternating voltage/current. Unlike averaging meters, devices with TRUE RMS display the correct value not only for a sinusoidal waveform, but also for distorted sinusoidal waveforms, e.g. higher harmonics or square or triangular waveforms. A mandatory function wherever there are switching power supplies, motor inverter drives, HVAC installations, etc. in the circuit.
NCV - non-contact detection of alternating voltage by inductive method. The meter detects the presence of voltage in an insulated wire using the NCV sensor on the front of the device
AUTO - automatic adjustment of the measurement range (one measurement is enough), activated by default. In the case of measuring unknown values using a meter with manual range change using the knob, measurements should be performed successively from the largest range to the range giving the most accurate result - otherwise we risk damaging the device.
SEL - change of measurement mode, e.g. from AC to DC voltage measurement
HOLD - saves the currently measured value on the display
