Ratchet pliers for clamping metal straps on drive shafts and flexible hoses. Recommended for use with low-profile drive shaft boot clamps up to 10 mm (3/8) in diameter. The ratchet tightens the strap to the required tension. Then, the built-in knife cuts off the remaining, unnecessary part of the strap.
