Product description

This camshaft installation tool kit is designed for precise positioning of camshafts during installation or reinstallation procedures. It is required when fitting new or existing camshafts in order to prevent potential damage to the camshaft bearing bridge and cylinder head. The kit ensures the correct alignment and retention of camshafts, which is critical for proper engine operation.

The kit is suitable for use on a wide range of diesel vehicles equipped with TDI Common Rail (CR) engines from 2003 onwards. Supported engine displacements include 1.2, 1.6, 2.0, 2.7, 3.0, 4.0, and 4.2 liters, covering engine codes such as ASB, ASE, BKN, BKS, BMK, BNG, BPP, BSG, BTR, BUG, BUN, BVN, and many others. Applicable brands include Audi, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, and Volkswagen. This tool kit is intended for use whenever camshaft installation is performed on these engines.
