Stable clamps are made of high quality ductile cast iron. They have a set screw with a special chamfer, made of A3 steel and galvanized.
The body has additional reinforcement ribs for structural rigidity. The surface is protected with a corrosion-resistant layer of applied powder paint. The set screw has a movable pin secured against falling out. This allows for very strong tightening of the material. The frame is extremely resistant to torsion and vibration.
A pressure plate with a large metal surface is pivotally mounted on a ball joint, making it easier to squeeze for a precise fit to the material's surface.
A C-clamp screw, due to its construction, is one of the most gripping clamps, and therefore can be used in extreme conditions and industrial construction. When installing heavy steel constructions, carpentry and roofing work, often used for welding.
