Product description

This camshaft locking tool set is designed for use on certain Audi and VW diesel engines, specifically for holding the crankshaft at top dead center (TDC) during removal and installation of the toothed timing belt and flywheel or drive plate. The set is also used to lock the camshafts during drive belt installation and to secure the automatic tensioner when changing the timing belt. It is suitable for applications on VW Polo Diesel, Audi 100 from 1991 onwards, and Audi A6 models equipped with the Z15L TDI engine.

The kit includes a selection of locking pins in various diameters to accommodate different engine configurations and requirements. These tools are intended for professional use during timing belt service procedures to maintain precise engine timing and prevent unwanted movement of critical components.
