This engine timing tool kit is designed for checking and adjusting the timing on 1.6L diesel engines. It is used during timing belt replacement, engine repair, or maintenance procedures that require precise alignment of the crankshaft, camshaft, and high-pressure fuel pump. The kit is suitable for engines with specific codes used by BMW, PSA (Peugeot/Citroen), and MINI.

The tool set is compatible with BMW W16D16 (9HZ) and W16D16UO engines, as well as PSA 9HZ, 9HX, and 9HY (DV6TED4) engines.
