PRO+ class Box Joint type adjustable plumbing pliers BGS Technic 75111 with non-slip PVC handles are made of special forged hardened chromium vanadium [CrV] tool steel. The tool is black lacquered, the jaws and joint are polished. Box Joint type pliers have a box-shaped joint connecting the two handles, which is stronger, more durable, and less likely to slip when gripping objects than a traditional slip-joint plier connection.
