Product description

This tool kit is designed for locking the crankshaft and flywheel on Ford Transit 2.2 engines manufactured from 2006 onwards. It is used during maintenance or repair procedures involving the cam chain drive system, such as timing chain replacement or adjustment. The kit enables precise positioning of the TDC (Top Dead Center) sensor after work on the timing system, ensuring accurate reassembly and timing alignment.

The set includes dedicated locking tools and pins that correspond to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. These tools are intended for use when securing the crankshaft and flywheel, as well as for locking the timing pump during service operations.
