Stable clamps are made of high-quality malleable cast iron. They have a set screw with a special chamfer, made of A3 steel with a galvanized finish.
The body has additional reinforcement ribs for structural rigidity. The surface has a corrosion-resistant layer of applied powder paint. The set screw has a movable pin secured against falling out. This allows for very strong tightening of the clamped material. The frame is extremely resistant to torsion and vibration.
A pressure plate with a large surface, made of metal, is pivotally mounted on a ball joint, making it easier to precisely fit it to the material's surface.
The C-clamp screw, due to its construction, is one of the most powerful gripping clamps, and therefore can be used in extreme conditions and in industrial construction. It is often used for welding when installing heavy steel structures, and in carpentry and roofing work.
