This spray gun is designed for maximum productivity and quality while reducing operator fatigue. High-quality components ensure long-term reliability.
The gun operates at low pressure (starting from 1 atm.) and requires approximately 270-420 liters of air per minute.
The gun features air pressure adjustment, paint volume adjustment, and paint stream shape adjustment.

The HVLP gun is made to operate at a lower pressure, which results in up to 30% paint savings. For optimal operation, the gun requires a suitable compressed air system with compressed air regulated to 0.3 MPa. The operating principle is based on compressed air drawing a suitable amount of paint from the emulsion ink reservoir and forming an overspray (paint particles and gas) at the gun nozzle's outlet. The mist covers the painted surface with a dense and uniform layer of paint.
