This tool is designed for fitting the camshaft in the cylinder head on specific VAG group engines. It is used during engine assembly or timing procedures to ensure precise alignment of the camshaft, which is critical for proper engine operation. The tool is compatible with 6-cylinder TDI Common Rail 2.7 and 3.0 4-valve engines, as well as 8-cylinder TDI Common Rail 4.0 4-valve engines.
