Guide rail, drilling template for ceramic tiles. The body is made of a material resistant to mechanical damage. Equipped with a strong rubber suction cup, diameter approx. 100 mm, thickness approx. 15 mm. It has guiding holes on the circumference, reinforced with metal rings 4/5/6/7/8/10/12 mm. The set also includes special, tubular drill bits with a diamond, surfaced tip / with a diamond coating /.
Drill length - 55 mm.
Working diameters are adapted to the guide holes, i.e. 4/6/8/10/12 mm.
The height of the embankment is approx. 3 - 4 mm
Shank diameter: 3 to 6 mm.
Diamond drill bits are designed for "dry or wet" drilling in ceramic tiles, stones, marble and plastics.
Purpose / application
The guide allows you to independently make precise holes in ceramic, stone, glass and many plastics tiles. The suction cup enables effective mounting on vertical or horizontal elements.
Usage method
Place the guide on the plate so that the rubber suction cup on the bottom adheres to the material, press lightly and pull the lever on the body back. Insert a diamond bit of a similar diameter into the hole of the selected diameter and start drilling.
